Shannon Stoudemire is a dedicated and caring Community Outreach Specialist at Tranquil Awakenings where she builds relationships that extend the reach of mental health care beyond the office and into the community. With a background in outreach and advocacy Shannon loves to create bridges between individuals, families and the systems of support they need to thrive.
In her role Shannon coordinates partnerships with local schools, healthcare providers, non-profits and community groups to increase access to counseling, testing and wellness resources. Her work is guided by a strong belief in equity, education and meeting people where they are.
Shannon brings warmth, creativity and a collaborative spirit to everything she does – whether she’s planning a mental health awareness event, developing outreach materials or supporting families in learning about the services available through Tranquil Awakenings.
She is particularly passionate about reaching underserved communities and mental health literacy with a focus on reducing stigma and making care more accessible and inclusive.
Outside of work Shannon volunteers, attends local cultural events and spends time with her loved ones.
