About Kendra
Hi, I’m Kendra! I’m a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker and earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, where I specialized in Interpersonal Practice. I work with children, teens, and adults, and especially enjoy supporting parents, neurodivergent individuals, and those experiencing postpartum transitions or chronic illness.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working with children and families in different settings, including birth and postpartum doula work and hospice care. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the challenges that can come with relationships, caregiving, health concerns, and major life changes.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, autism, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed, drawing from person-centered and evidence-based practices depending on what works best for you.
I know starting therapy isn’t always easy, and I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to provide a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and work through whatever brings you to therapy. I believe therapy is about meeting you where you are and working together toward where you want to be.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and animals.
